Role Title: Support the RPH Innovation Hub: Digitization of Laryngoscopes Intern

This internship is based at the Royal Perth Hospital Innovation Hub, part of East Metropolitan Health Service. The Innovation Hub is a collaborative space that supports clinicians, engineers and innovators to modify, prototype and develop new medical technologies to meet clinical needs, alongside projects in digital health and human-centred design.
The intern will contribute to a current project involving the digitisation and analysis of selected medical devices used in clinical practice. This will include creating digital models and parameterising key design features of the devices. The work will help the clinical team to better understand device differences and support equipment-related decisions.
The intern will primarily interact with the Innovation Hub, engineering team and clinicians.
