Role Title: Brand & Communications Intern
Organisation: ThirdStory
Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: East Perth
We are looking for an organised, personable and creative intern with strong visual design skills to carry out a project that supports the rollout of ThirdStory’s new brand.
ThirdStory recently rebranded (previously we were Innovation Unit Australia New Zealand) and we still have work to do in order to rebrand and organise our assets and develop communications and engagement content and materials.
This role will involve:
- Creating and maintaining a database of organisation assets (tools and resources) that require rebranding
- Making adaptations to materials on Google docs and slides or Canva, using ThirdStory brand guidelines as the basis
- Identifying assets that require professional graphic design and liaising with your Supervisor in order to organise
- Organising assets in our Google Drive
- Contributing to our online communications and engagement strategy and developing communications content such as social media tiles and posts, with this guidance of your Supervisor and other team members
- Running analytics reports and developing insights about our online and social media performance
- Making website updates to reflect the new brand
- Supporting communications and branding activities for our Social Design Academy program.
We collaborate with communities, government and others to develop, grow and scale new possibilities. Together, we help shift systems across a range of education, health and social settings and bring about the changes our communities need.
