Role Title: Evaluation Intern: Measuring Change

Busselton Hospice Care Inc. is seeking an intern to support the implementation of our volunteer program evaluation using the Measuring Change Toolkit developed by Volunteering WA. The intern will be embedded within our volunteer services team and work closely with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
The intern will assist in mapping program inputs, activities, and outcomes; support data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups; and contribute to analysis and reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social impact evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in a community-based palliative care setting.
