Role Description

The Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia (AISWA) is offering a dynamic and purposeful internship within its Strategic Communications and Business Development Directorate. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
This internship will support AISWA’s marketing and communications team, with a strong focus on the development and launch of AISWA’s new member procurement portal, AISWA Buyer Connect. The successful candidate will play a lead role in shaping and executing the communications strategy for the platform’s launch. Develop and implement a communications plan to support the launch of AISWA Buyer Connect. Create engaging messaging and content for AISWA’s member communications channels. Identify and engage potential vendors to participate in the platform. Drive the creation of support materials and onboarding resources for users. Present project updates and outcomes to AISWA’s senior executive team. We’re seeking a candidate who: Has a strong interest in strategic communications and digital engagement. Is confident in approaching vendors and stakeholders in a sales-driven context. Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and strong written communication skills.
