Role Title: ICT Intern – Systems, Data and Infrastructure

Role Description

ICT Intern – Systems, Data and Infrastructure, you will work alongside the ICT and operations teams to support and improve the organisation’s digital systems, data processes, and physical IT infrastructure. You will help identify current challenges in IT and data management, contribute to solutions, and support the implementation of improvements across systems, policies, and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting an audit and update of the organisation’s IT asset register Supporting hardware installation and setup (e.g. laptops, printers, network equipment) Liaising with staff to identify IT pain points and proposing practical improvements Assisting with database clean-up and contributing to data governance practices Helping align the organisation’s digital practices with policy requirements Producing a final report outlining your work, impact, and recommendations for next steps You’ll gain hands-on experience with systems planning, digital infrastructure, and user support, while working across teams to support the organisation’s mission and service delivery.
