Role Title: Enhancing FDV training through content creation

EMHS has developed a training program to increase staff’s capacity to identify and respond to family and domestic violence (FDV) in health settings. The training program currently consists of face-to-face training sessions tailored to different responsibility levels, guided by the EMHS responsibility sharing model.
The training program is delivered by a social work manager who is employed under 0.2 FTE (1 day a week) to coordinate FDV policies and procedures, refine training content and resources, promote and deliver training across EMHS, which employs over 10,000 staff members.
This role will support the social work manager to refine visual and audio digital content, assist developing and implementing creative solutions to expand delivery. The intern will be required to familiarise themselves with EMHS FDV policies, to attend FDV training and may be required to undertake literature review in FDV to enhance their understanding of the topic.
This role will sit within the RPBG Social Work Department and be supervised by the FDV Social Work manager. The role will be responsible for liaising with social work managers to discuss content needs, with People and Culture, MyLearning team to understand technical requirements, coordinate the creation of content on MyLearning digital platform and with EMHS Communications Coordinator to assist with promotion and marketing. Travel required to Bentley Health Services.
