Role Title: Content Developer/Researcher : Stepfamilies /Bonus Parents Client Materials

Role Description

The intent of this role is to design and produce high-quality, practical resources that support facilitators in delivering consistent and engaging content. This would include, but not be limited to:
• PowerPoint presentations with comprehensive facilitator notes • Participant-facing information that is clear, accessible, and relevant • Resources provided in both digital and hard copy formats The materials would be designed to ensure consistency across delivery, while also allowing facilitators enough flexibility to adapt to group needs. A focus on evidence-informed practice, accessibility, and contemporary family dynamics would be key throughout development. We are looking to develop these materials as a pilot/prototype to: * reflect AWA’s commitment to the wellbeing of all children and families * incorporate evidence-based parenting practices in a culturally responsive and inclusive way that broadens representation to better reflect the diversity of families in our communities * considers how language, examples, and facilitation approaches can be adapted to be more inclusive and accessible. The role would involve consultation with services staff and other stakeholders across sites and would be supported directly by the coordinator of counselling.
