Role Title: IT and Data Systems Intern: AI Guidelines for the Workplace

The intern will support the development of a responsible AI framework that enables team members to use artificial intelligence tools safely, ethically, and effectively. The role involves researching industry best practices, assessing current AI usage within the organisation, identifying potential risks, and developing practical guidance for employees. The intern will collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance functions to create AI usage guidelines, training materials, and governance recommendations. This project will help establish a foundation for responsible AI adoption while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, data security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
