Role Description

The Corporate Sponsorship Intern will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of corporate partnership strategies that align with Lotus’s mission and fundraising goals. This internship provides hands-on experience in nonprofit sponsorship outreach, corporate engagement, proposal development, and donor relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential corporate sponsors aligned with Lotus’s values and programs. Assist in the creation and updating of sponsorship decks, proposals, and pitch materials. Support outreach to businesses, corporate foundations, and local enterprises. Track sponsorship leads, correspondence, and agreements in CRM or designated databases. Help coordinate sponsorship fulfillment activities, including branding, events, and recognition. Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure alignment of sponsor benefits and exposure. Monitor trends in corporate social responsibility and philanthropic giving to inform strategy. Assist in reporting and evaluating sponsorship outcomes, including metrics and sponsor feedback.
