Role Title: Rewards and Recognition Intern

The Project Intern will lead the development of a Rewards and Recognition Campaign designed to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of Cancer Network WA staff, clinicians, consumers, and partners. Working closely with the leadership team, the intern will research best-practice recognition programs, engage stakeholders, and design a sustainable campaign that promotes a positive workplace culture and strengthens staff engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting research on effective rewards and recognition initiatives.
Consulting with staff and stakeholders to identify recognition preferences and opportunities.
Developing a campaign framework, communications plan, and implementation recommendations.
Creating promotional materials and engagement activities to support the campaign launch.
Presenting findings and recommendations to Cancer Network WA leadership.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in leadership, organisational culture, stakeholder engagement, project management, and strategic communications within the healthcare sectors.
