The Intern will assist in assessing the feasibility of developing park homes on Shire-owned land zoned for caravan park use. The role will involve researching development costs, estimating potential income, analysing market demand, and preparing financial models to determine the project's commercial viability. The outcomes will inform a feasibility assessment and provide recommendations on whether the proposal should progress to a full business case.
