Role Title: Education & Support Intern

Internship Period: Semester 1 (February - May)
Location: Midland
You will be hosted by DTMI, in a frontline driver and vehicle services centre. The role would be to engage with the public and provide education and support in how to obtain and maintain a driver's licence and/or vehicle registration. Over time, once you have become familiar with the clientele and transactions then the role would include a review of ticketing and transaction data, to provide suggestions and feedback on improving efficiency for staff and clients.
