Role Title: City Alarm System Notification Review

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: Wanneroo
The City has a high volume of alarms systems installed across its facilities and buildings. The City's Community Safety Team is looking to review all sites and determine which require escalation via automated alerts to City staff (CRM categories - 1) Late to close and 2) Alarm notification) and which have curfews applied and which do not. Engagement will be required with internal stakeholders 1) Community Safety, 2) Facility bookings, 3) Property Leasing and 4) external stakeholder Prestige Alarms.
