Role Title: HR Intern - Interview and Selection Project
Organisation: St Vincent de Paul Society (Vinnies)
Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Canning Vale
The intern will work with the Vinnies WA HR team to review and improve interview, selection and reference checking processes. They will research contemporary practice, consult with stakeholders (hiring/line managers), and develop practical interview, assessment and reference checking tools and guidance. Time permitting, the intern will also develop interview techniques training for managers and contribute to configuring and testing the redesigned processes within Tanda HRIS.
