Role Title: Project Intern: Development of an Integrated Allied Health Workforce Vacancy Intelligence Dashboard

The Allied Health Program currently maintains a workforce vacancy tracker that relies on managers manually entering vacancy information each month. This data is consolidated and reported through an internally developed dashboard to support workforce monitoring and decision-making.
The purpose of this project is to review and enhance the existing vacancy tracking system by improving data quality, streamlining data collection processes, increasing automation, and strengthening workforce reporting and analytics.
The intern will work with Allied Health leaders and site managers to evaluate the current vacancy tracking process and identify opportunities for improvement. This will involve analysing existing workforce data, reviewing dashboard functionality, and exploring solutions to reduce manual administration and improve reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Mapping and reviewing the current vacancy data collection and reporting process.
*Assessing data quality, consistency and opportunities for standardisation.
*Investigating options to automate data collection and validation processes using existing digital platforms.
*Reviewing and enhancing workforce dashboards to improve usability
*Developing new workforce metrics, visualisations and reporting tools.
*Exploring opportunities for predictive analytics and workforce forecasting.
