Role Description

The Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre Fees & Charges Review Project Intern will assist in reviewing and benchmarking the enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of operations at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre. The Recreation Centre Fees & Charges Review Project Intern will support the strategic review and analysis of current pricing structures across the City of Mandurah Recreation facilities. Working closely with the Recreation Centres team, the intern will help assess financial data, benchmark against industry standards, and gather stakeholder input to develop recommendations that ensure equitable, sustainable, and efficient fee structures. This role offers valuable experience in local government pricing strategy, community engagement, and policy development. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and operational improvement within a dynamic community-focused organization.
