Role Title: Process Review Intern

Internship Period: Winter (June - July)

Administration support - Process update and review for Recreation Services
Recreation Services reviews processes and procedures on an annual basis to ensure currency of the branch operations manual. With the proposed realignment of the business unit expected to be finalised in early July 2025, this review will need to take into account changes in staffing structure and role responsibilities. The Process Review Intern will assist with this review under the direction of the Coordinator Administration and Bookings.
Key Duties
• Catalogue existing procedures and processes for review
• Review process and procedure templates to ensure they are fit for purpose
• Workshop existing procedures and processes with stakeholders with a focus on
currency and efficiency improvements
• Identify process and procedure gaps with stakeholders and catalogue
• Assist the Coordinator Administration and Bookings to review opportunities to
improve staff access and awareness of processes and procedures.
