As a Civil Engineering Intern with the City of Nedlands, you will be working within the Technical Services team, supporting a project focused on assessing the condition and performance of an existing stormwater drainage system in a specific area of the City.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing historical records, engineering documentation, photographs, and CCTV footage related to the drainage infrastructure. Based on your findings, you will prepare a report summarising key observations and provide recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.
You will collaborate with staff from the Projects, Maintenance and Assets teams. This role offers a valuable opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting and contribute to real-world infrastructure planning and decision-making.
