Swan Districts Football Club has transformed from a traditional narrow focused football club to a community enabler creating social impact. Our purpose is empowering communities and individuals to create better futures.
We have many powerful stories over the years where we've positively changed people's lives outside of football both in Perth and regional WA. The objective of this role is to identify the club’s emotionally powerful human interest stories and bring them to life through news articles and stories, sharing and celebrating the success of those who don't have a platform. This impactful story telling will further enhance opportunities for individuals and communities who face barriers in life to build better futures, and will be incorporated into our future programs as key learning tools.
