Role Description

The Internship role at Avenues Australia is designed to support the organisation's IT infrastructure and
systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology and systems that underpins our mission to enhance the lives of individuals living with disabilities, mental ill-health, and/or aging. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in managing IT systems, with a focus on CRM administration, device management and the development of general IT processes and solutions. This work contributes to smoother operations, improved data management, and enhanced service delivery across Avenues Australia. Through technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accessibility and security, the Internship will contribute to more effective IT operations, fostering secure data handling, efficient workflows, and supporting the organisation’s commitment to inclusion and empowerment. You will have the ability to: • Support the implementation, customisation, and maintenance of Zoho CRM to improve client data management and stakeholder interactions. • Support the development of processes relating to troubleshooting Apple computers (Mac OS) including setup, software updates, inventory tracking, and basic security configurations. • Support with the development and documentation general IT processes Assist with managing IT ticket submissions.
