Role Title: NFP - Finance Intern
Organisation: Youth Affairs Council of WA (YACWA)
Internship Period: Winter (June - July)
Location: East Perth
The intern will work with the Finance Manager directly and also with the other team members. They will have opportunities to learn about YACWA's advocacy work in the youth sector and experience first hand how the Finance function in the organisation supports thig bigger picture.
The intern will be exposed to generic bookkeeping tasks, assist with drafting HR documents and attend relevant meetings. They will also learn how to manage and maintain a Supplier Data Base.
The Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) is the peak non-government youth organisation in Western Australia. We operate primarily as a human rights organisation that seeks to address the exclusion of young people in a rapidly changing society.
