The intern will be supporting the HR Recruitment Team by reviewing and preparing documents, processes, guidelines, and procedures for the newly approved Talent Management Project. This project involves introducing and implementing the new Commissioner's Instructions, which are proposed to launch next year and will change recruitment practices across all Agencies.
Additionally, the project aims to transform the HR Recruitment Team into a Talent Management Team. This will involve shifting from a transactional recruitment model to a strategic, business-integrated approach that proactively attracts, engages, and retains top talent.
