Role Title: Policy Review Intern

STRUT Dance (STRUT) is WA’s celebrated choreographic centre, which is nationally relevant and globally connected. STRUT is a member-based, not-for-profit, incorporated organisation that exists to develop and sustain the careers of independent dance artists.
Be part of our organisational development! We would like an intern to undertake a systematic review of our policies and update and create new policies as required. You will be responsible for:
• Familiarising yourself with STRUT's organisational structure, operations, and current policies
• Updating existing policies and creating new policies, as required and agreed with the General Manager
• Liaising with relevant staff and stakeholders who may contribute to, or be impacted by,
the work
• Identifying any relevant problems or opportunities
• Exploring possible options
• Supporting relevant staff.
Throughout the work, consult with your supervisor and, as appropriate, other internal or
external stakeholders, to inform the policy review.
