Role Title: Marketing Content Intern

Project tasks:
'Ask Enda' Video Series – a communications initiative to engage staff and participants (customers), simplify government reforms, and foster open dialogue within Southcare.
Create a series of short video snippets on 'how to use' the Southcare app. Designed specifically for our participants, with the objective to increase user numbers
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in producing and editing short staff-focused videos (5–10 minutes each)
Support content creation, including scripting, filming, and refining written/visual materials
Help promote videos via social media and internal channels
Collect and analyse engagement data to measure campaign success
Contribute creative ideas for episode topics and staff engagement strategies
Primary Interactions - Marketing and Communications Manager, Marketing & Community Development Specialist, IT department and Southcare leadership (for Q&A and video content)
