Role Title: Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement Intern

The Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement Intern will support Community Vision to strengthen practical quality and safety systems across our community-based services. Working with the Care and Service Delivery team, the intern will assist with reviewing audit and quality processes, analysing incidents, risks and improvement data, and developing practical tools to improve consistency across services.
The role will provide exposure to aged care, disability, veterans, and community care. The intern will work with managers and operational teams to understand how quality, safety and regulatory requirements are translated into everyday practice.
The project will focus on identifying opportunities to strengthen systems, simplify processes and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
