Role Title: Project Intern 1: Website Audit and Digital Engagement Review Intern

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Perth CBD
This project will sit within our Marketing and Engagement function and support planning for a website refresh in 2027. The intern will undertake a comprehensive review of our current website and provide recommendations for improvement, including:
• Assessment against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Review against best practice web design and customer experience principles
• Identification of content, functionality or user experience gaps
• Assessment of alignment with Leadership WA's brand, voice and strategic objectives
• Development of prioritised recommendations to inform a future website redevelopment or staged improvements.
The intern will work closely with the Marketing and Engagement Manager and engage with a range of internal stakeholders to understand organisational objectives, audience needs and website requirements. The primary deliverable will be a written review and set of prioritised recommendations that can inform Leadership WA's future digital strategy and website redevelopment planning.
This project offers exposure to digital strategy, accessibility, user experience, stakeholder engagement and not-for-profit communications within a purpose-driven organisation.
