Role Description

The Department of Premier and Cabinet provides a range of corporate services to four client agencies via Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Office of Defence Industries (currently a Division of DPC) will become a stand-alone statutory authority in 2027 and will require an SLA. At present, most SLAs are function-specific and are provided free of charge. Additionally, several SLAs require review. The lack of a consistent SLA framework and funding model create service delivery risk, as well as inefficient use of already constrained corporate service resources.
This project will include a review of current SLA's, development of an SLA register and service catalogue and recommendations for appropriate governance and funding models for DPC SLA's going forward.
