Role Title: HR Project Intern
Organisation: Hope Community Services
Internship Period: Winter (June - July)
Location: Northbridge
Familiarise self with Hope Community Services and the community services sector in WA. Research the internal Positive Duty requirements in the workplace under the. Present management with report proposing recommendations to develop processes, training, policies etc.
Collect available examples of other workplace materials for compare and contrast.
Where appropriate and within skills set, commenced development of agreed materials for use in the organisations.
