Role Description

We are a disability advocacy not for profit organisation that supports people with disability to understand their rights, build confidence, and use their voice.
This internship sits within the Project Support Office and supports the coordination and delivery of community focused projects, including workshops, peer support programs, events, and accessible resources. In this role, the intern will assist with project planning and coordination, including scheduling, tracking tasks, and maintaining project systems. They will help prepare workshop materials and Easy Read resources, support event logistics and registrations, and assist with collecting feedback and reporting outcomes. The intern will also support communication with community members, partners, and internal staff. The intern will primarily engage with people with disability, community mentors, peer support networks, and local organisations. This role is suited to someone who values inclusion and wants practical experience supporting projects that create meaningful, person centred impact in the community.
