Role Title: IT Support Intern

Internship Period: Semester 2 (July – October)
Location: South Perth
The IT Support Intern provides technical assistance to help ensure Blue Dot Army's digital systems, devices, and technology operate effectively. Working alongside the team, the intern will support day-to-day IT needs while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a community-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support for staff and volunteers.
Assist with setting up and maintaining computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365, email accounts, and cloud-based applications.
Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Assist with maintaining IT documentation, asset registers, and user guides.
Support the implementation of new technologies and digital improvements.
Promote good cybersecurity practices and assist with routine system maintenance.
