Role Title: IT Organisational Intern

The Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre is seeking a motivated McCusker Intern with strong organisational IT skills to review and optimise the organisation’s use of its existing digital platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and its online education platform. The intern will help improve digital systems, document management, information accessibility and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Review the organisation’s current use of Microsoft 365 and its online education platform, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Analyse existing OneDrive and SharePoint structures, including folder architecture, document storage, naming conventions and access arrangements.
Develop recommendations for a more efficient, logical and user-friendly OneDrive and SharePoint folder structure.
Identify opportunities to improve document management, collaboration, information sharing and digital workflows.
Review the functionality and use of the online education platform and recommend improvements to its organisation and accessibility.
Document recommended processes, system improvements and guidelines to support consistent platform use across the organisation.
Work with relevant staff to understand organisational needs and ensure recommendations are practical and sustainable.
