Role Title: HR Intern - Separation and Offboarding Project

Organisation: St Vincent de Paul Society (Vinnies)

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)

Location: Canning Vale

Role Description

The intern will work with the Vinnies WA HR team to review and redesign termination and offboarding processes, with a focus on creating a positive departing employee experience and supporting Vinnies WA’s employer brand. They will research contemporary practice, improve resignation and exit interview processes, and develop a framework for capturing and analysing termination data to identify turnover and retention trends across different workforce sectors. The intern will also develop manager resources and contribute to configuring and testing the redesigned processes within Tanda (time permitting)
