Role Title: Cancer Network WA Chemo in the Home Intern

This internship project is best suited to someone that loves data and has great attention to detail for data mapping purposes. It will involve the identification and mapping of data for all patients who receive Chemotherapy in the home. Details from the data source are then to be compiled into a comprehensive data report that includes financial data based on activity based funding. This is a critical piece of work for Cancer network WA to highlight gaps/areas to address for future cancer nursing sustainability; Showcase best practice models/work across the state to drive a collaborative and cohesive approach to a skilled and sustainable chemotherapy in the home framework; Collate and present meaningful, reliable chemotherapy in the home data to support the model in a framework service planning across all services and sites.
