Role Description

As a Marketing & Communications Intern at Diversity Focus, you will help amplify the organisation’s impact by creating engaging content that promotes racial equity, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive education. Working closely with the Founder and CEO, you will support the development of marketing and communication strategies that strengthen our brand, increase community engagement, and showcase our work across schools, universities, government, and community sectors.
The intern will contribute to a range of projects, including creating digital content, developing social media campaigns, writing website and newsletter content, designing marketing materials, documenting client success stories, and supporting the promotion of professional learning programs and events. You will primarily interact with the Diversity Focus team, with opportunities to engage with educators, community organisations, and other stakeholders as required as part of selected projects.
