Project Overview:
360 Health is seeking an intern to support the development of this Cultural Behaviour Guide in partnership with the People & Culture team. The intern will: • Research examples of cultural behaviour or values-based behaviour guides from other organisations to inform the design process. • Assist in planning and facilitating staff workshops to gather input on what “living the values” looks like at 360 Health. • Collate and analyse workshop outcomes, translating employee feedback into a draft Above the Line / Below the Line behaviour framework. • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to refine the document and prepare it for Executive endorsement. Once endorsed by the Executive, this guide will be rolled out across 360 Health as a key tool in embedding and sustaining a positive organisational culture. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an intern who: • Has an understanding or interest in organisational culture, workplace behaviour, or human resources development. • Is confident and approachable, with the ability to engage groups and support workshop facilitation. • Possesses strong research, communication and analytical skills. • Is comfortable working collaboratively, taking initiative and transforming qualitative feedback into practical outcomes. This placement provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cultural change initiatives within a dynamic, values-driven community health organisation.
