Role Title: Project Intern: Permit Digitisation

This role will support the ongoing digitisation of the Permit to Work (PTW) process within the Maintenance/Facilities Management team. The intern will assist with refining digital forms, improving workflows, and ensuring the system aligns with operational requirements. Key tasks will include reviewing current permit types (e.g. WP10, WP12, WP20), supporting process improvements, testing system functionality, and helping implement automation features such as notifications, validations, and reporting dashboards.
The intern will primarily work alongside the Maintenance Coordinator and broader Facilities/CFM team, with occasional engagement with supervisors, contractors, and end users of the permit system to ensure the process is practical and user-friendly. This role will contribute to improving efficiency, compliance, and overall usability of the PTW system.
