Role Title: CRM Integration Auditor Intern

Internship Period: Winter (June - July)

Location: Nedlands

Role Description

To conduct a CRM review and assessment including a system audit to assess architecture, integration and scalability.
To complete a workflow analysis of the fundraising platforms currently used to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. To set up dashboards for Major Givers, Grants, Individual Giving, Events and Community Fundraising and ensure the CRM is being used effectively by the team. To set up management reporting To advise on data cleaning and import of data currently held outside the CRM To advise on effective segmentation to support targeted fundraising approaches.
