Role Title: Data Visualisation, Systems Automation & AI Intern

Location: Perth
Working with our allied health team to structure data visualisation platforms using PowerBI. This will be for new services being undertaken in 2025 and involve building the dashboards in consultation with the team.
Streamlining the digitisation of our internal medical records to feed into SharePoint for storage once completed on our Outreach trips.
Research and implement an alternative to our current finance excel spreadsheets used for end of month adjustments to eliminate human error and also facilitate time saving.
Research AI options for clinicians to use for clinical note taking which will feed into Best Practice. This will involve consultation with clinical staff and administrative staff.

Our mission is to reduce the incidence of middle ear disease in Indigenous and at-risk children in Western Australia below the World Health Organization benchmark of 4%
