Role Title: HR Intern - Probation and Interim Role Review Project
Organisation: St Vincent de Paul Society (Vinnies)
Internship Period: Summer (November - December)
Location: Canning Vale
The intern will work in the Vinnies WA HR team to review and redesign probation and interim role review processes, improving the experience for employees transitioning into the organisation or a new role. They will research contemporary practice, consult with managers and other stakeholders, develop improved processes and practical resources, and contribute to manager training. The intern will also have the opportunity to support configuration and testing of the redesigned processes within Tanda (time permitting)
