Role Title: Employee Value Proposition Implementation Intern

This is a continuation of our Employee Value Proposition project. A significant amount of research has been undertaken to develop our EVP and now we are looking to finalise, communicate and implement the EVP. This will include internal and external website content, reviewing job advert templates, interview guides, policies and procedures, as well as researching the cost of implementing new proposed employee benefits.
