Role Description

The Evaluation and Reporting Intern will support the Partnerships and Programs team at Earbus Foundation of WA, contributing to the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of ear health services delivered across regional and remote communities.
The intern will primarily work with program data generated through Earbus’ outreach activities, assisting in analysing clinical and service data to track outcomes such as screening numbers, treatment pathways, referral rates and changes in ear health and hearing outcomes over time. They will support the preparation of reports for funders and partners, helping translate data into clear, accessible insights that demonstrate program impact. The role will be supported by the Manager Partnerships, Sponsors and Grants and involves collaboration with internal stakeholders including program coordinators, clinicians and the partnerships team, as well as engagement with existing reporting frameworks and tools. The intern may also contribute to improving data collection processes, developing reporting templates and supporting evaluation activities linked to specific programs such as regional outreach and early intervention initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in public health evaluation, data-driven decision making and impact reporting within a not-for-profit setting, while contributing to improved health outcomes for children in Western Australia.
