Role Title: Audit of timeliness of the FME at SARC

Audit to review medical files regarding time from referral to being seen for a Forensic Medical Examination. This is noted in the medical record as <24 hours or more than 24 hours from referral to being seen and if >24 hours SARC/non SARC related.
