Role Title: Research Intern: Caravan Park - ROI Study

The suggestion has been made that the Shire should invest in improvements at the caravan park including construction of modular chalets to house tourists. The role is to estimate the costs and examine the potential return on investment.
This report will build, challenge and improve on a previous internship project.
