Role Description

As part of our engagement and satisfaction measures of clients and their families I am wanting to invite clients to give this verbally over the phone. Previous feedback is that on line and written can be a barrier for clients, so I would like to trial a phone option. This would involve the intern calling clients and inviting them to participate by answering a few questions (to get some quantitative data) but also inviting them for general comments (qualitative date). The intern would then collate, analyse and report on the findings. A presentation to the team would also be required.
This role will report to the CEO and require someone who enjoys speaking with others and being skilled to make them comfortable and share their feedback. A knowledge of basic statistics would be an advantage as well as being able to interpret findings to form overall conclusions as well as general insights. There may be some overlap with Intern 2.
