St Basil's Aged Care Services WA is seeking a motivated UWA student to support the development of an integrated operational performance and management reporting dashboard.
The project will assist St Basil's in strengthening its business intelligence and performance monitoring capability, with particular emphasis on service delivery, workforce productivity, client growth, service utilisation and operational efficiency.
Working with the CEO and Operations Manager, the intern will review existing organisational data and reporting arrangements, establish relevant key performance measures, undertake analysis of operational trends and contribute to the development of a practical reporting dashboard.
The project will support the organisation's existing Board reporting commitments and provide management with improved visibility of business performance, emerging risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
The intended outcome is a sustainable reporting framework and dashboard that can be maintained by St Basil's following the internship, together with a concise summary of analytical findings and recommendations.
