Role Title: HR Intern

HR at the Association is a team of nine, supporting the organisation across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, ER, IR, policy, projects, compliance, offboarding and administration.
The HR Officer Intern will support the Senior HR Advisor to review and revise documentation associated with our performance management framework. This will include assisting with the review, updating, and standardisation of job descriptions, as well as reviewing and proposing updated versions of other documents relating to performance management, including appraisal templates, supervision forms, and probation documentation. The intern will contribute to ensuring HR materials are contemporary, consistent, and aligned with organisational policies, processes and values.
