Role Title: People and Culture Projects Intern
Organisation: Crosslinks
Internship Period: Winter (June - July)
Location: Midland
Work with the Head of People, Culture and Safety (HPCS) to review, design and implement P&C projects. Projects will include:
* Benchmarking employee statistics and data,
* Work with HPCS to creating timeline, content and delivery method for lunch toolbox sessions for managers:
- Leadership & Strategy: Developing authentic leadership, strategic thinking, mentoring and emotional intelligence.
- Performance Management: Coaching for high performance, setting KPIs, and giving constructive feedback.
- Communication & Conflict: Resolving team conflict, Communication and motivation, active listening and difficult conversations.
- Operational Skills: Commercial awareness,
- Performance: Organisation and delegation, Forward planning, Problem solving and decision-making.
* Work with HPCS and P&C team to set calendar and activities for monthly engagement activities: awareness days, fundraising activities, dress up days etc.
* Work with HPCS and P&C team to review and update job descriptions and other employment documents.
* Work with HPCS and P&C team to review and define P&C practices, that align with policy and procedure or require update to policy and procedure.
* Other P&C projects as identified
