Role Title: Digital Systems Intern

This internship supports the Harvey CRC as we develop and improve digital systems that help our community stay connected and supported. It suits a student or early‑career person who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new tools, and helping a community organisation work more efficiently.
The intern will help map our current digital processes, identify gaps, and test simple solutions that make everyday tasks easier. This could include organising shared files, improving data entry processes, setting up digital forms, supporting website updates, or trialling new communication and reporting tools.
The role offers hands‑on experience in a community setting, showing how digital systems support real‑world service delivery. The intern will be supported by Harvey CRC staff with guidance, feedback, and opportunities to learn in a friendly environment.
Hours are flexible and can be arranged around study or other commitments. The internship is based at the Harvey CRC, with some tasks able to be completed remotely if needed.
Our vision is to be an inclusive, welcoming and supportive community information service.
This vision has remained unchanged since being developed in 2019.
The role of the HCRC in achieving the vision is to foster, develop and increase community access to services and information for the purpose of supporting the economic and social development of the people of the Harvey District by providing access to information, delivery of community-led training and communication services.
