Program Funding, Financial Sustainability and Scenario Modelling Internship

Role Title: Program Funding, Financial Sustainability and Scenario Modelling Internship

Organisation: TSH (Teach, Speak, Hear)

Internship Period: Summer (November - December)

Location: Nedlands

Role Description

Teach, Speak, Hear (TSH) is seeking a financially minded and analytical intern to undertake a review of the financial performance and sustainability of its early-intervention and school-aged programs.
The intern will analyse existing income streams, funding arrangements and program costs to develop a practical financial modelling and reporting system. This will involve reviewing funding eligibility requirements, assessing current funding arrangements, identifying potential funding gaps and examining the financial implications of changes in student enrolments, staffing and service delivery. Working with relevant staff, the intern will consolidate financial and operational data, develop forecasting models and create reporting tools to help TSH better understand the financial performance of individual programs and make informed decisions about their long-term sustainability. The project will culminate in a set of financial models, funding assurance tools and management dashboards that provide greater visibility of program costs, revenue, financial risks and future opportunities
