Calvary Youth is preparing for a major commissioning process with our primary funder, the Dept of Communities
Calvary Youth is seeking to refresh the current policies and procedures. There are over 100 P&P's covering financial governance, WHS and employment and EEO that have not been updated since 2023.
CYS would like them to reflect modern legislation and regulatory requirements, consider funder contractual obligations and, critically, reflect current legislation reflecting the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. The P&P's also need to reflect the current best practices in relation to trauma informed and cultural sensitive engagement with young people.
Additionally, CYS would like the 2017 endorsed Constitution reviewed and updated
